Main Street, Kinnegad
The brief for the development was to provide a mixed use building with retail to ground floor with offices above at the eastern end of Main Street in Kinnegad. Westmeath County Council had designated the site as suitable for a landmark building. The design provides a two storey pitched roof building which extends along Main Street and is bookended by a three storey element.
