Tom Hannigan

Tom Hannigan qualified from Bolton Street D.I.T. and is a Member of the Royal Institute of Architect of Ireland. In 1976, having worked in a number of offices both at home and abroad, Tom established Hannigan Whyte Architects with his colleague Basil Whyte in Leixlip, Co. Kildare. The practice specialised in residential work while also being commissioned to provide design and re-development expertise in relation to licensed premises. Tom continues to play an active role in the area of design and consultancy for the institutional & recreation industry.

Desmond Maguire

Des Maguire qualified from the Boston Architectural College and continued to work in Boston, Massachusetts for 14 years. Des gained wide experience in large scale building projects including corporate headquarters and retail outlets. Having returned to Ireland in 1998, Des and was made a partner with Hannigan Maguire Architects in 2002. Des specialises in building procurement in the retail sector. Des also has considerable experience in the design of Nursing Homes, Residential Developments and Urban Infill development.
